Butterscotch Panna Cotta with Curried Caramel
Serves 6
Ingredients:
2 ¼ – 2 ½ teaspoons Knox powdered gelatin
2 cups heavy cream
1 ¾ cups heavy cream
8 ounces butterscotch candies, crushed
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
In a bowl, add powdered gelatin to the 2 cups of cold heavy cream. Set aside.

Ingredients:
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup flour
1 cup finely grated onions

1 qt. chicken broth/stock/bouillon
1 qt. half & half
1-1/2 lbs spaghetti
8 cups cubed cooked chicken

2 ¾ cups flour
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
